Coaching includes an initial assessment to understand your goals, followed by regular check-in and review sessions along with individually tailored training plans. You will receive ongoing encouragement, holistic and personalised advice.

Sessions can be tailored to fit individual schedules, either virtual or in-person (subject to location, I am based in west London).

A typical session will include a review of your performance since our last session plus a run through of the upcoming training plan. Your future training plan is continually fine-tuned. We may also cover race preparation, technique, mental approach etc, depending on your needs and where you are in your training/race calendar.

Each plan includes personalised training schedules through the market-leading Training Peaks app, coupled with a holistic approach that considers those areas of backyard ultra training and preparation that require the most focus.

Yes of course. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your goals evolve.
